Here are my tips for getting your day back on track, even when things get chaotic:👉 Be Flexible: Life throws curveballs! ⚾️ Maybe your meditation got swapped for silencing the alarm. ♀️ That's okay! Focus on what you can control. A quick stretch or a power breakfast can still set a positive tone.👉 Shift Gears: Didn't have time to meditate? I do 2-minute prayer instead. Taking a moment for gratitude or intention setting can be just as centering.New Day, New You: ✨ See a disruption as a chance to mix things up! Swap your usual jog for a dance break, or try a new healthy breakfast recipe.Remember: A perfect morning routine is a myth!
