Erica at customer service was very helpful. I had a couple bad experiences in the past with customer service. She was very friendly and respectful. She answered all my questions or concerns promptly and to my satisfaction. The person before me was kind of rude to her for no good reason. It's a shame because people like her are rare. She dealt with it very professionally. I usually don't do these surveys but I felt the need to speak up. I'm sure more often people that are upset do these so I wanted to do my part for the good experience. She also alot alot quicker than I've experienced in the past with this location. Everyone was very friendly throughout the store and more than happy to help. The store is very clean. Thanks! People can certainly be rude around the holidays! Keep up the good work!

This Home Depot has always had the product that I needed since moving into a new home from another state. They have also always went above and beyond with service and help, and had the friendliest staff. The biggest plus is that I have not had to wait 45 minutes for help only to find that they were not able to help me and recommended I go to another store, as was the case with the other big box home improvement store in town.

We have shopped other retailer's for home maintenance products and generally make our way from The Home Depot to others if for some reason your store doesn't carry or stock a specific item, which is few and far between. Our continued patronage is based on service, price, and availability in that order. The people in the store make the sale, before anything else we look at how we are treated. "The Duncan", in flooring and the team in general, are our best source for information and real product reviews. Our local store is our first stop. Their recommendations are sound their product knowledge is excellent, and the customer service desk is without equal. From a retired retail person's point of view, I feel totally comfortable every time I shop your store and recommend it highly to friends, family and neighbors!
