The college basketball transfer portal window closed nearly a month ago at the beginning of May, but big moves continue to be made as teams put the final touches on their respective rosters for the upcoming 2024-25 season.The top of the updated transfer portal team rankings remains mostly the same heading into June, however there are a couple newcomers in the latest top 25 update. Tennessee and Texas Tech secured two of the top recent transfer portal commitments in the past week after waiting on decisions from targets also going through the 2024 NBA Draft process.

With the deadline for withdrawals now in the rearview mirror, more transfer decisions could come soon from some of the top remaining targets left on the board. The options for those teams still in search of transfer prospects are limited with a vast majority of top players already committed.

The Mountain West Co-Freshman of the Year went through the NBA Draft process, but opted to return to college for another year and join the Red Raiders in Lubbock. He joins an incoming transfer class that includes former Minnesota point guard Elijah Hawkins and former Drake shooting guard Kevin Overton.
